Duplications of the alimentary tract are rare anomalies and may require surgical intervention due to intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, rarely intussusception especialy in younger age. Malignancies arising from duplications of the
Gastrointestinal tract are extremely rare. We experienced adenocarcinoma arising from the Gastric duplications in 57 year old woman who underwent proximal subtotal gastrectomy. This is the report of the clinical and pathological findings of the
case
with literatures.
